"The fact of the matter is that when I got into handcycling it really made my life complete!"

"When I lost my mobility due to injuries I sustained in the Air Force, I felt lost and isolated. The E-1 handcycle from Freedom Ryder has changed all of that! Since receiving it in May of 2024, I have put more than 2300 miles on it."

"I don't know what I'd do without my Freedom Ryder handcycle. I've been riding it every weekend possible for over 10 years now and it's still in solid shape! A true must-have in my life."
I'm 78 years young. I have all my limbs, broke a few along the way, but still got them all and they work. I have been competitive bicycling since the 90's. I rode almost every day. I started thinking most of my workout is lower body on a bicycle, what can I do to build my upper body, my core, arms, etc. Then I saw a friend at White Rock Lake Dallas riding his Freedom Ryder handcycle. I asked him if this was a good upper body workout. He said riding a handcycle is like Polities', in a year's time you will have a 6pack like a collage swimmer. Well OK then, I ask if I could take his Freedom Ryder Handcycle for a spin. That was all it took for me to want one. I bought a Freedom Ryder and love it. I alternate days of the week, Monday handcycle, Tuesday bicycle, Wednesday handcycle, etc, that way I'm having fun getting my upper and lower body work out. If you are looking for a fun way to build your upper body, (maybe losing the belly you have) I recommend you demo a Freedom Ryder Handcycle. Yall have a good cycling day!
